Weight Lifting Achievement Chart

One component of the students grade is what percentage or ratio of their body weight
can they lift one time in either the Bench Press or Squat.

The second and third components are how many push ups or pull ups (male)/seconds in
a flexed arm hang (females) they can do with regard to their gender.

Finally, they will be evaluated on their ability to run the 800 meter or 1200 meter run. 
At the end of the 9 week period they will be graded on the 800 meter run.  If they remain
in class for the full 18 weeks, they will receive a final grade based on their 1200 meter run time
