Congratulations to our 2006 Graduating Seniors!

These seniors are the Cadets who completed four years of Naval Science classes at St Amant High School:

Andre' Gele' - Cadet Commanding Officer, member of the Armed Drill Team (Basic and Exhibition) and the Physical Fitness Team.  Andre' reported to Naval Recruit Center, Great Lakes, IL, on 6 June 2006, with a contract to become a Hospital Corpsman.  He completed Boot Camp this August and has begun Hospital Corpsman "A" school.  Future goals include becoming a member of the Navy SEALS

Andy Thomason - Cadet Executive Officer, Commander Armed Exhibition Drill Team, member Armed Basic Drill Team.  Andy will join the Navy after graduation as a Mine Warfare Specialist and will attend Tulane University for the Spring 2007 semester.  Boot Camp report date is 15 September.

Jonathan Crozier - Cadet Operations Officer, member Armed Drill Team (Basic and Exhibition), member Physical Fitness Team.  Jonathan is employed by the Louisiana Department of Corrections as a Corrections Officer and will attend a local community college majoring Criminal Justice.

Chance Motichek - Cadet Administrations Officer, Commander Armed Basic Drill Team, member Armed Exhibition Drill Team, member Physical Fitness Team.  Chance will join the Navy after graduation with a contract to become a Construction Battalion Steel Worker.  Boot Camp report date not yet established.

Lauren Henry - Cadet Training Officer.  Commander Unarmed Exhibition Drill Team, member Unarmed Basic Drill Team, Commander Academic Team.  Lauren will attend Florida Technical Institute on scholarship.

Susan Bedgood - Cadet Chaplain.  Susan will join the Navy after graduation with a contract to become a Hospital Corpsman.  Boot Camp report date not yet established.

Jamie Naquin - former member of the Armed Drill Team (Basic and Exhibition).  After graduation Jamie will enroll in a local Technical College with the objective of certification in Electrical Instrumentation.

Heather St Germain - member of the Physical Fitness Team.  Heather will attend Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge working towards a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine.  She has earned the LSU Freshmen Merit Scholarship and qualifies for TOPS.

Thomas Henry - Commander of the Air Rifle Team, Thomas is an Army Reservist and has completed his MOS qualification training as a logistics specialist.  He will attend Arizona State University this September, under an Army ROTC Scholarship. 

Daniel Templet - will attend Associated Training School, Florida, to become a heavy equipment operator.

Troy Mayers - member of the Physical Fitness Team.  Troy will attend Southeastern University, Hammond, LA and will pursue a degree in Computer Technology.

Christina Kirby - former member of the Physical Fitness Team.  Christina will raise her daughter Crystal while working full time at Pearce Foundry Inc, Prairieville, LA.  She plans on beginning her college education in two years at Southeastern University, Hammond, LA, majoring in nursing.

Josh Atkinson - former member of the Armed Drill Team, Josh will attend Baton Rouge Community College for a degree in Criminal Justice and will work part time at GEO Heat Exchangers, Gonzales, LA
