Are you or your student interested in a College scholarship paid for by the
military, with a guaranteed job upon graduation? ROTC scholarships are
worth over $80,000 in college tuition and expenses, a monthly stipend of
$250 to $400 a month. High school graduates in the class of 2008 on
an NROTC will
graduate from college and earn over $54,000 a year as Ensigns in the Navy
or Second Lieutenants in the other branches. If the answer is yes, you can
access the Navy ROTC application site through the link below. If you are
interested in one of the other branches of the military check out those web
sites on line "27.
Links outside this site", on the left of the "welcome" page. To view a
program overview of the NROTC scholarship click

Cadets and
students interested in applying for an NROTC scholarship should begin the online application process at
https://www.nrotc.navy.mil/application/default.cfm Applicants should
take great care in completing the TWO (down from 5 essays in previous years) essay questions. I encourage you to
consult with your English Teachers and ask them to proof read your essays.
Captain Beaver will gladly proof your essays for content. The application is important, it can mean the difference between a career, a
free college education, and
just getting a job.
